AGM 2021

Our 40th annual AGM was held on 15th December 2021 following a very challenging year for the service during the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall the service delivered around 85% of a normal year's advice and support to clients and gained almost £1.5m in client financial gain whilst also contributing to national telephone helplines and continuing to comply with National Standards for Information and Advice Providers and the membership standards of Citizens Advice Scotland.
